Printing Your Cards

Get ready for your Music Bingo game night! Each game comes with 140 unique bingo cards.

  • 1. Get the Bingo Card File

    1. Browse our Playlist Library and link to the Playlist page for the game you want to play.

    2. Look for the Download Bingo Cards button. If you’re on a phone, you might need to minimize the music player to see it. Tap the minimize icon above the first song.

    3. Click the button. A new tab will open in your browser showing a 70-page PDF file. (2 cards per printed page.)

In the new tab, you will find the download or print icons at the top right to continue.

You can print the cards right away or download the file to your computer to print later.

If you download it, it will go to your Downloads folder on your device (this is where most files go by default).

  • Step 2: Print Your Cards

Whether you print now or later, follow these steps:

    • Use a home or office printer that works with letter-size paper (8.5" x 11").

    • Consider printing all 70 pages so you have a full set. Any extra cards can be saved for future games.

    • If you want to save paper, try double-sided printing (printing on both sides).

    • If printing in black and white, set the printer to grayscale (this saves ink and keeps the cards clear).

    • Want to make your game more fun? Print on colored paper (yellow, light blue, or pink) to tell different game sets apart.

  • Step 4: Print the Call List

    • Go to the Playlist page for your game and find the Download Call List button.

    • Click to open the PDF file in a new tab.

    • Print one copy—you only need one to mark off songs as they are played.

    • Use the Call List to track which songs have been played and to verify winners.

  • Step 4: Cut and Organize

    • Use long scissors to cut each page straight down the middle. You can cut 5-6 pages at once to save time.

    • Keep your cards neat by wrapping each set with a rubber band.

    • It’s a good idea to have 4-5 different games ready in case people want to keep playing.

    • Have more than one set? Let the crowd pick which game they want to play!

  • Want to Skip the Work?

Take the files to a local print shop and let them do it for you! Just tell them to:

    1. Print the 70-page PDF on letter-size paper.

    2. Use black-and-white or colored paper as you prefer.

    3. Print single-sided or double-sided to save paper.

    4. Cut each page in half so you get 140 cards.

    5. Also, print 1 letter size page for you Call List

This will save you time and effort so you can focus on having fun!

Now you’re all set for an awesome Music Bingo game night!
